Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans (cooked and mashed)
  • 0.50 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.50 piece onion (minced)
  • 0.50 piece bell pepper (minced)
  • 2 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.50 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.50 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preparation (30 minutes)

Mash beans. Sauté vegetables. Mix all ingredients.

Cooking (20 minutes)

Form patties. Cook on griddle until crispy outside.
