Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 piece bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 2 cup broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 2 piece carrots (julienned)
  • 3 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

Preparation (20 minutes)

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Chop all vegetables.

Cooking (15 minutes)

Heat oil in wok. Cook chicken first, then add vegetables. Stir fry until tender.
