Ingredients

  • 2 kilogram beef chuck (cut into chunks)
  • 4 piece potatoes (cubed)
  • 4 piece carrots (sliced)
  • 1 piece onion (diced)
  • 4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (dried)
  • 2 piece bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoon flour (for thickening)

Instructions

Preparation (30 minutes)

Cut beef into chunks. Chop vegetables.

Cooking (120 minutes)

Brown beef. Add vegetables and broth. Simmer for 2 hours.
